Job Description: - SuccessFactors: SuccessFactors: We currently use 4 modules: - Recruitment - LMS - Compensation (RAM) - Performance and Goals (including Continuous Improvement) Compensation: The biggest and main risk area is Compensation. This affects the whole company. This was mainly done by business BA last year and she documented the process for P&C. There could be potential issues with uploading data between Success Factors and SAP. Timing - The RAM process starts when the Performance Forms are reviewed and moderated – June-Sept Performance and Goals Module: Timing – Mid Year Review in December and End of Year review and moderation in June. Most of the issues are resolved by P&C, mainly moving the forms back and forth. RAM process is based on the reviews. If there are any issues we can’t resolve, it has an impact. We would like to make sure there is support available when issues come up that can’t be resolved by P&C. P&C would like to simplify/enhance the performance review process so it’s easy to use for blue collar workers, such as voice recording. Continuous Improvement (only used by 2 departments as a pilot) Recruitment: Current issues that can’t be resolved by P&C:- Issues with updating ads (had to create a new one) - Updating site name - Connection to the recruitment agencies It’s an external facing module, potential employees. LMS: LMS hasn’t been widely rolled out. The system is hard to use and requires a lot of administration. The relevant business units didn’t have the resources to assign to the administration of the learning module. Integration: We are currently having some issue with the sync between SAP and Success Factors which affects all new employees and anyone changing positions or reporting line. It would be great if we could get some advice on how the system could / should be used to get the maximum benefit and utilise the available functionalities that we might not be aware of.
