So, if your passion is to build solutions that really make a difference to enterprises, the community and your world, Infosys is the right place for you. - Role: Lead Consultant - SAP SuccessFactors Location: Sydney, Australia Role & responsibilities: - Lead SAP Success Factors workstream. - Take ownership of the solution design across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance and Goal Management, Compensation and Succession planning. - Probe & understand user stories. Ability to funnel discussions and gather business requirements. - Use your knowledge of standard SAP to drive best practices and efficient processes. - Propose and present the end-to-end solutions to the stakeholders for their endorsement. - Document Functional Specifications for any custom developments. - Identify business scenarios for testing and develop test plans. - Conduct Functional Unit Testing (FUT) and drive the testing process. - Coordinate with other module SAP Consultants for any integration requirements. - Engage with the Client teams for change deployment and transition support. Core Skills / Competencies and Experience: The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of hands-on consulting experience and delivery of all SAP Success Factors modules and: - Have Success Factors implementation experience - Have worked on improving process efficiency, Solution architecture & design - Have done SAP configuration, Custom developments & End-to-End testing. - Have experience in designing and testing of interfaces – especially to 3rd party Payroll solutions - Have worked with offshore team based in other geographies - Have excellent written and oral communication skills in English language Nice to have: - Certification in multiple modules of SAP Success Factors - Certification / experience of working with SAP HR / Payroll - Knowledge of IT Service management, DevOps terminologies - Have worked on an Agile or Hybrid-agile project(s) Educational Qualifications: - Engineering Bachelors or Master’s degree level or equivalent
