Roles and Responsibilities As a Project Manager you will have bottom line responsibility for a project right from proposal through to completion. You will build the project team, schedule assignments, monitor, review and report project status, manage risk and ensure successful delivery and implementation. • Total 10 – 15 years of relevant IT Experience with good amount of experience handling SAP Projects. Previous experience in handling Public Sector projects is an added advantage. Preference to Finance S/4HANA migration background. • Experience in managing projects taking end to end responsibility. Having managed multiple implementations, rollouts, upgrades, cloud migrations and support projects. - Experience in migrating SAP workloads to a Cloud Platform - Experience of working with Public Sector clients . • Experience in managing projects multiple vendors and consultants. • Ability to handle presales activities and anchor large proposals, driving solutions and project estimations • Australian Permanent Resident/ citizen (preferable) • Exposure in handling virtual teams spread across Globe. Ability to handle people from multiple countries and locations, working on the same project • Flexible to travel frequently within Australia • Well aware of SDLC Cycle, Program and Project Management tools and techniques. PMP Certification or equivalent preferred. Experience in CMMI Level V processes and Quality approaches. • Ability to develop clear and detailed plan. Do feasibility analysis, develop step by step plan with well-defined tasks and monitor to make sure the Program stays on schedule and within budget. • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think quickly and adeptly to address problems as they come up. To drive learning and improvements, identify risks, define risk mitigation strategies. • Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with multiple stakeholders. Ability to relate well with others, to define responsibilities, offer constructive feedback, support and encourage others. Make sure the team works effectively. Motivate and give appropriate recognition to team. • Able to do multi-tasking. Track plans vs actuals, budgeting, handling resources, look for and help in filling gaps in work efficiency, effective communications to all stakeholders, following effective change management processes. Ability to switch quickly between tasks and drive multiple tasks to achieve the Program objectives. • Monitor and Provide Status of all Projects to Stakeholders • Excellent written and oral communication skills are a requirement.
