So, if your passion is to build solutions that really make a difference to enterprises, the community and your world, Infosys is the right place for you. - Role: Senior Consultant - SAP FS-CD Location: Sydney, Australia Role & responsibilities: - Provide subject matter expertise in the Collections & Disbursements for the Insurance industry. - Probe & understand user stories and funnel discussions to gather business requirements. - Use your knowledge of standard SAP to drive best practices and efficient processes. - Propose and present the end-to-end solutions to the stakeholders for their endorsement. - Document Functional Specifications for any custom developments. - Identify business scenarios for testing and develop test plans. - Conduct Functional Unit Testing (FUT) and drive the testing process. - Coordinate with other module SAP Consultants for any integration requirements. - Engage with the Client teams for change deployment and transition support. Core Skills / Competencies and Experience: The ideal candidate will have 8 – 12 years of hands-on consulting experience and have delivered SAP FS-CD projects in Australia and/or New Zealand. This includes: - Deploy SAP Disbursement and Dunning solutions – including Workflow approvals, Payment program, Bank files processing, Automated clearing, Returns & Reconciliation with legacy systems. - In-depth knowledge of FS-CD Master Data, Contract accounts - Manage customer-initiated incoming payments and insurer-initiated incoming payments. - Collaborate with external banking systems to develop interfaces to banks and SAP system to process inbound and outbound ACH transactions, wire transactions, check encashment, and positive pay. Nice to have: - Certification in SAP FS-CD - Insurance industry experience / Domain knowledge - Knowledge of IT Service management, DevOps terminologies - Have worked on an Agile or Hybrid-agile project(s) Educational Qualifications: - Engineering Bachelors or Master’s degree level or equivalent
