Essential To act as Subject matter expert for SAP Payroll solution for customer. · To be hands-on and lead SAP Payroll track for any implementation/support of SAP processes · Liaise with customer for design discussions, building solutions, presentations, POCs and getting required approvals · Build effort estimates for the solution options provided · To facilitate and completely own the solution for the implementation / support of SAP Payroll processes that would enhance the client’s business · Suggest innovative solutions/processes to customer based on best practices / SAP standard processes. · Assist in the development of business process documents/descriptions · Conduct implementation & training workshops: This is particularly required for SAP Power users and then guidance for end-user training/documentation. · Conduct testing (unit, system integration, regression) based on customer defined scenarios, guide customer in UAT · Coordinate with other module SAP Consultants for Integration requirements. · Create Blueprint/Strategy/Functional Specification documentation · Participate and lead org wide initiatives, proposals and thought leadership activities to generate more business · Mentor and build Payroll competency both within and outside the project Skills /Competencies/ Experience: - Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module or/and SAP HCM Payroll with end-to-end implementation and support. - Australia Payroll experience with a min of 8-10 years of implementation & support exposure · Experience of HCM processes in AU Public sector is preferable · Design, configuration and testing of SAP HCM/and SuccessFactors payroll and good understanding of its integration with S/4 HANA HCM and Finance Module.
