Your role In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Responsibilities: - Define Strategy for Cable Modem and Wi-Fi services validation and deployment. - Interact with multiple stakeholders, Project Manager, Technical contract management teams and Vendors across the board to for connectivity CPE change management, deployment, certification. - L3 support, MOP preparation, documentation for broadband CPEs, wireless gateways. - Good architecture skills to bring in efficiencies in the network, propose automation solutions, plan for the wireless service roadmap. - Plan firmware release, soak releases, stability and performance benchmarking. Required- At least 12 years of working experience in manual testing, troubleshooting and lab setup/support in Cable Modem, Networking, WiFi. - Domain knowledge on DOCSIS, Fiber, Wi-Fi and VOIP. - Hands on experience in network test tools, traffic generators, performance and stability testing, - Proven network troubleshooting experience. Preferred:- At least 6 years of working experience with Broadband Network Architecture, Design, and Testing - Strong knowledge of IP networking to work to Setup, Configuration and Troubleshooting of In-Home devices and provisioning systems. - Proven ability to deliver high quality results in a busy and dynamic business focused environment. - Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology ideally in a fast-paced DevOps environment Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
