Your role • As a Technology Architect you will be responsible for driving and directing the design of digitally enabled solutions within agile & IT DevOps client engagements to deliver tangible business benefits. • You will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including requirements elicitation, architecture definition and design, solution implementation and roll out. • You should be able to play an advisory role to clients by providing technology consultancy including problem definition, discovery, solution blueprint, product/technology evaluation, driving feasibility PoC, solution recommendation, architecture definition and governance • You will participate in RFI and RFP response preparation from technical / architecture perspective; drive estimations and collateral consolidation, bring in alliance product offering/IPs to provide technical leadership and technical differentiation. • You will review architectural decisions, architecture solution, re-engineering architectures to meet project requirement • You will define, plan and develop solutions, frameworks, IPs etc. around Telecom O/BSS domain. • Evangelize the usage of reusable frameworks and artifacts; create knowledge /certification artifacts and evaluation criteria guide. • You will guide the team technically and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. Required • 12+ years of IT experience with min 5 years as Middleware Solution Architect • Extensive hands-on knowledge around: Java microservices, J2EE, Spring boot, Kubernetes/OpenShift, AWS/GCP • Collaborate with the POs & Delivery teams to shape and vision opportunities into tangible client engagements. • Engineer business end-to-end workflows and (enterprise) solution architectures across application domains, including facilitation of requirements engineering sessions with (senior) business stakeholders. • Drive and interact with application domain owners on the architectural design and delivery. Review technical designs and requirements in reference to (enterprise) architecture design. • Resolve critical design challenges in a pro-active and collaborative manner. • Collaborate with the Product Owner, agile & IT DevOps teams to ensure business aligned delivery. • Build a team of agile technology analysts and junior architects to work with you in the agile deliveries. • Organize and track progress and maintain documentation using Document repositories. • Build and share reusable components. • Knowledge of TMF industry standards including eTOM, SID and TMF API frameworks is preferred. Technology • Core Java • J2EE (Servlet, JSP, EJB, JMS, etc.) • Spring framework, Springboot, Quarkus • Microservices • Containerization, Docker, Kubernetes • Cloud AWS/Azure/Google • JDBC / Hibernate / any ORM framework • Build using Maven / Ant • Web Services REST, SOAP Preferred • Relevant experience track record in the Telecom domain and middleware technologies • Ability to prepare and facilitate business requirements engineering and solutioning sessions independently • Commercial and relationship affinity to assist in the shaping and conversion of engagement opportunities • Demonstrated experience to lead agile teams on a day-to-day basis as well as emerging experience to leas individual team member as an enterprise architect • Relevant experience with agile, scrum, ITDevOps way of working • Relevant experience in solutions delivery in the Communications, Media or Technology industry is preferred Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
