Job Description: Key individual contributor in the APAC Business Control Team. Provides Audit and Exam Management support for our Southeast Asia businesses. Primary responsibilities include: - Serves as primary point of contact for all audits and exams - Engages with Corporate Audit, Global Regulatory Relations (GRR), Regulatory Engagement & Exam Management (REEM), and Compliance & Operational Risk as well as line of business and business control stakeholders to facilitate the audit and exam management process - Partners with key stakeholders, preparing for audit readiness, convening meetings, facilitating collection, and preparation of approved audit and exam requests for information or additional request responses - Ensures that all exam milestones, presentations, and artifacts are completed timely and accurately - Assists business teams with approach to responses and research including applicability and adherence of local Laws, Rules and Regulations - Coordinates with subject matter experts to facilitate review and credible challenges for exam, audit, and review responses - Keeps all relevant stakeholders informed of regulatory and audit discussions - Ensures proper governance and protocol is followed; Tracks, monitors, and reports on exam, audit, and review status, escalating potential risks and issues as needed - Provides guidance and expertise of audit, exam, and assessments processes to Business Leadership and their teams. Required Skills and Experience: - Experience in an Audit, Risk, Compliance, Regulatory or Business Control environment - Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders - Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and potential risks - Ability to work independently and take initiative while also being a team player - Proficient in using relevant software applications and tools Job Band: H5 Shift: Hours Per Week: 40 Weekly Schedule: Referral Bonus Amount: 0
