Job Description Infosys is seeking an Automation Lead As a QA Test Lead you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications: - 4++ years of experience leading automation teams in Onsite offshore model. - Directing the team to achieve a common goal - Building relationship with project teams to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. - Articulating QA value to client project stakeholders - Addressing client concerns/escalations - Experience with test automation frameworks based on Playwright, Selenium, Capybara, Python Robot, Appium - Experience with programming languages to support test automation - Ruby, Javascript, Typescript - Understand existing Testing artifacts, functional/regression testing and come up with strategy/approach for test automation - Coordinating with client technical SMEs to review and seek feedback - Coordinating with infrastructure teams, DevOps teams, functional teams to address dependencies to develop and execute test automation scripts - Automation script development, dry runs, execution and perform demonstrations - Experience creating and maintaining test documentation to client specifications and provided compliance requirements. - Support recommendations and approach to improve testing maturity and automation penetration - Participate in trainings and adopt best practices for efficient construction and usage of functional test automation tools and frameworks - Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams - Ability to work in fast paced environment to drive business outcomes The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
