Your role In the role of a Technology Lead, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required • At least of 12 years of experience in Information Technology. • At least 6 years of experience in Retail domains (Point Of Sale preferred), managing product design and development, strategy building, planning, and working in distributed agile teams playing flexible roles adhering to scrum methodologies. • At least 3 years of experience leading agile squad development\\devops teams. • At least 1 years working as product owner, laying out the product vision, setting short and long- term goals through product roadmaps and partnering with cross-functional engineering teams to build solutions. Preferred • Experience in Project and stakeholder management, requirement analysis, product health maintenance. • Experience working in Oniste\\Offshore model. • Experience working on technologies like .NET, MSSQL, Devops tools.
