MANDATORY SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS ------------------------------- - Excellent English level - Demonstrated sourcing and procurement experience. - Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications - Meet project benchmarks while reducing costs - Strong analysis capabilities - Strong organization, planning and time management skills HIRING TYPE ----------- - Employee or Subcon DESIRED SKILLS, TECHNOLOGIES AND EXPERIENCE ------------------------------------------- - SAP Ariba - Great customer relationship management - Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation - Conduct Supplier Negotiations - Experience with contract and vendor management - Experience working with set policies and procedures in a large multinational firm ******************* * REMARKS SECTION * ******************* PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES --------------------------------------- - Build and manage sourcing events using procurement software - Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project - Run RFIs, RFPs and RAs. - Develop comprehensive project plan - Create documents (SOWs, Pricing Templates, Evaluation Scorecards, etc.) - Perform pricing analysis and evaluation summaries - Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget - Interact with all stakeholders to maintain a high-level of effective communications and resolve problems and issues as they arise
