PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ---------------------------------------  Perform direct, indirect, products and services local and international purchases.  Find and negotiate prices and conditions with vendors, prepare comparative evaluation matrix.  Effective attention to urgent requests.  Interacts with users for information gathering and problem solving.  Processing data in SAP (PR to PO, Spot buy).  Prepare comparison and evaluation charts in MS Excel.  Follow up until product / service reception.  Client/Vendor calls handling.  Procurement data validation.  Technical tests coordination.  Audit POs processed by others in the procurement team.  Able to work on complex reports.  Assisting team lead in admin tasks.  Capable of leading specific short or long term projects as required from time to time.  Being the first point of contact for transaction related escalations  Attending and conducting workshop or trainings.  Interacts with Infosys’ governance and process owners.  Leading projects  Manage and develop the relationship with the client  Manage exceptions, follow up exceptions to resolution including ensuring non-recurrence  Manage the knowledge repository for the process and update it timely  Initiating actions to solve raised operational problems within a team  Ensure self-compliance to guidelines and policies  Ensure that the service levels meet the requirements of SLA  Ensuring proper timeliness and quality KPIs in line with target  Following the work instructions related to specified processes  Preparation and updating work instructions  Highlight issues impacting process or team to the TL Identification of process improvement opportunities  Identify problems through audit or client feedback  Participation as team members in projects  Participate/drive process optimization initiatives  Preparation and execution of the Internal Control Standards.  Providing effective communication and professional relation with customers, suppliers and co-workers.  Refer un-resolvable and complex cases to Team Leads for guidance and resolution  Sharing tips and tricks within the area of expertize  Support knowledge handovers  Support other team members  Supportive function during the projects to Project Leaders  Taking actions to improve and develop PTP processes  Training and support for newcomers  Cooperate with other team members to resolve issues  Handling calls incoming from the vendors or users  Creating ticket for every call received  Procedures documentation and update.  Additional tasks assigned by Supervisor completed on time
