Provides leadership and guidance to a team of Sourcing Leads Spend analysis Develop sourcing strategies Negotiation with suppliers Contract drafting and administration OA Creation and Administration Procedures updating Query call and mails handling Prepares and attends client meetings Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting EXPERIENCE 5 yrs Previous Sourcing experience. SAP in MM module. >3 years experience MRO (Maintenance, repair and overhaul) Experience working in a Global delivery environment is a plus. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent. Accounting, Admin or related. HARD SKILLS Languages – French, English and Spanish. Excel skills in a medium/advance level SAP Knowledge Good knowledge of MS Office tools/ tracking & reporting Good email etiquette Knowledge in MS Excel Macros is a plus Good reporting skills SOFT SKILLS Analytical. Eye for detail. Accurate Team Work. Good Communication skills Ability to deliver against timelines, Results driven Positive attitude Capable to work under pressure. Adaptable to a very dynamic environment.
