Contact suppliers by email and phone to follow up on item deliveries. Follow up with internal stakeholders (buyers, end users, managers, warehouse team) for the timely delivery of items or problem solution. Effective attention to urgent requests. Processing data in SAP (PO changes/PR to PO, Spot buy). Client/Vendor calls handling. Procurement data validation. Able to work on complex reports. Assisting team lead in admin tasks. Capable of leading specific short or long term projects as required from time to time. Perform some direct, indirect, products and services local (Canada) and international purchases. EXPERIENCE SAP background in Purchasing module. >2 years in Transactional Procurement Experience, mainly in expediting activities >2 years experience MRO (Maintenance, repair and overhaul) >2 years experience working in a Global delivery environment. EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent, Business, Admin or related. HARD SKILLS Languages – Fluent French and English. Excel skills in a medium/advance level Good knowledge of MS Office tools/ tracking & reporting Good email etiquette Knowledge in MS Excel Macros is a plus Good reporting skills SOFT SKILLS Sense of Urgency Proactive Analytical. Negotiation Skills Eye for detail. Accurate. Team player. Good communication skills Ability to deliver against timelines, Results driven Capable to work under pressure. Adaptable to a very dynamic environment.
