Short Description: Looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help document, capture technology solutions with a strong domain capabilities & proven experience in the Australian retail banking domain. Roles and Responsibilities: - Have Australian retail banking domain experience of at-least 4 years. - Overall 10 years of experience. - Excellent stakeholder management skills interacting with business and helping them formulate the requirements & technical process documentation. - User of tools such as Jira & Confluence. - Experience in working in Scrum delivery model as a BA. - Display growth mindset by proactively seeking feedback - Demonstrate experience in documenting solutions in complex technology environments Skills /Competencies: Essential:Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / Bachelor of Engineering /related discipline. - Experience with Scrum framework and techniques. - Experience on management tools – JIRA, Confluence etc - Excellent customer interfacing skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Preferred:- Experience with financial domain - Good to have a scrum certification & Business Analysis certifications. - Additional Skills:Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
