We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Platform Manager. Principal Responsibilities - Be part of the Core Health team, accountable for the EB platforms’ management - Platform configuration, release and governance, risk and control, communication, and production case management with a broad understanding of the downstream impact and entire customer / stakeholder base - Expected to deliver capabilities and services that enable the features and experiences of clients/stakeholders - Lead product discovery with the business stakeholders to understand the business needs and participate in business requirement discussion. Help BA’s to develop, write, and communicate business requirements and propose suitable solutions - Work closely with Business, Operations, IT & Transformation with focus on improved collaboration, knowledge sharing and ensuring that the requirements are well understood - Support the team with decision making by deep diving problems and providing options for system development - Performing system configuration for the Insurance Core Policy Administration Platform - Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication - Identify, investigate, and escalate issues/ problems and help develop recommendations for resolution - Contribute to the project planning, liaising with stakeholders and project sponsors on a regular basis - Responsible for coordinating and managing various system developments and operational efficiency enhancement projects related to policy administration in collaboration with Tech team, Transformation, Operations, Underwriting, Product, Operations, Business development team to understand the user requirements and provide support to enable better risk management, operational efficiency, cost-saving, smoothness of work, efficient administrations, etc - Oversee the life cycle of changes to business processes and systems, communicate effectively with different stakeholders about the progress on different key milestones and prepare detailed updates to senior management team(s) - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable with an extensive experience in Life Insurance industry in system analysis, business analysis, system development or production support - Detailed knowledge and experience in system configuration of FIS Policy Administration Suite also known as Compass or any other life Insurance systems - Adopt an agile and flexible approach to work and an outstanding level of professionalism and conduct - Ability to translate business and customer need to business/product requirements, customer journey mapping, technical assessments, organizational buy in, launch plans, and ongoing management - Experience in defining Epics, features and writing user stories - Results orientated, self-directed and motivated change leader.
