What you'll do... Position: Manager I, Advanced Analytics Job Location: 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066 Duties: Work with large, complex datasets to develop supply chain analytical tools and mathematical models to quickly strategize critical business decisions in order to improve end-to-end supply chain performance by using complex programming in R and SQL (e.g., DBeaver, Anaconda, Jupyter Notebook). Work cross functionally with Transportation and Inventory Planning teams to strategize weekly inbound receipts for better visibility of inbound forecast at fulfillment centers and to improve forecast accuracy, labor planning, and warehouse space utilization. Design and implement forecasting models for strategic projects such as overall network optimization, fulfillment center capacity, and operational planning. Define business critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop monitoring dashboards using Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau, Big Query, and Alteryx. Automate, monitor, and maintain backend analytical processes, logical functions, macros, and complex modeling for quick business critical report generation. This position does not supervise employees. Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related field; OR Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Engineering Management, or related field and 1 year of experience in data analytics or related field. Skills required: Experience preparing and analyzing for reporting needs using Microsoft (MS) Excel. Experience with dashboard and report development using business intelligence and data visualization tools: Alteryx and Tableau. Experience designing and developing business solutions by coding in SQL. Experience with Perform Requirements Gathering sessions, Documentation Creation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Experience using statistical analysis, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Database Management Systems, and coding in Python and R to execute forecasting. Experience with End-to-End Project or Program Planning, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Management. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining simulation models, including ETL functions for reporting needs. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills. Salary Range: The annual salary range for this full-time position is $126,277/year to $156,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
