We are looking for a candidate who can join us in the role of an Associate Project Manager. In this role, you will: - Drive and lead continuous implementation and improvement of the risk & control IT environment which can include projects, initiatives and mitigating actions in line with the Bank’s risk appetite and constantly evolving cyber-threat landscape; - Act as trusted advisor to senior management covering Wealth and Private Banking services and global markets, on IT operational process, the control environment, issue identification and management. - Act as the IT Information Security, IT Control Point of Contact for the Business Markets, COO, CCO, 2nd and 3rd Lines of Defense (2LOD), internal / external audit, regulators for UK, Europe, Americas to collate and report on the management of information secure, cybersecurity, risks and controls; - Translate technical information into consumable reports for senior stakeholders, business stakeholders and to gather information to report and meet regulatory compliance; - Lead or contribute to different cybersecurity, risk and control forums covering topics on information security, specialist risk, control advice and making recommendations on decisions based on the evidence of data and the analysis undertaken on it. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Proven working experience in IT information security, IT risks and control management, preferably in the Financial Services industry or global corporate service provider; - Positive and professional attitude, team player, flexible and adaptable, open to change(s); - Confident and takes responsibility and ownership for work and personal development; - Strong communication skills in English; - Ability to communicate technical subject matter to non-technical stakeholders at different levels of the organization; - Ability to quickly develop good working relationships with stakeholders; - Ability and self-motivation to learn and pick things up quickly; - Experience in one or more of information security, cloud security, data security, etc. is preferred; - Experience of managing within a complex, global matrix environment; - Strong Excel skills and ability to work with multiple complex data sets to provide insight and set actions to improve organization’s risk profile.
