We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager  In this role, you will: ·       Take end to end delivery ownership of key change the bank program that involves various systems built on diverse technology stack ·       Manage team of developers to deliver new core components of Finastra Summit, taking part in design reviews, development, testing meeting all development standards - Create detailed project and programme plans considering time and resource constraints - Actively contribute on improvement and stability of platform ·       Collaborate actively with business stake holders and project managers and manage the expectations - Ensure good governance, timely/accurate reporting, and management of risks, producing weekly and monthly reports to senior managers and stakeholders where required. ·       Provide expertise in automation of tools, processes, and innovation ·       Help application owners simplify platforms and remove technical debts ·       Build healthy rapport with different IT and business stakeholders associated with the platform , Drive DevOps standards within the team ·       Develop the team with a long-term perspective and diverse technology stack in mind To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: ·       Leadership qualities to manage a team and demanding stakeholders ·       Experience in Summit development (including thorough knowledge of Summit architecture), production support, and infrastructure ·       Adept at handling multitasking work in challenging circumstances  ·       Ability to manage major incidents and to coordinate with Incident Management Function & Global Command Centre wherever appropriate ·       Experience in interacting with senior IT\business stakeholders such as global heads of businesses along with strong influencing skills and experience in coordinating various issues\enhancements across multiple teams ·       Demonstrable experience in planning & managing the sequencing of work, dependencies, communications, and accommodate\manage interdependencies between teams, ensuring that plans from individual teams are viable, fully owned and executed effectively both at application\program\project level ·       Ability to collaborate with and successfully influence individuals with a wide variety of subject matter expertise and technical ability  ·       Demonstrable ability to pro-actively identify issues, generate a plan to resolve them, and ensure that this plan is successfully executed  ·       Back Office Operations (Accounting, Settlement, Confirmations) ·       SWIFT messaging Framework ·       Understanding of Cash Products like Bonds and Repos. ·       Understanding of individual Straight Through Processing (STP) Servers (e.g. Trade, Settlement, Flow) & Workflow Configuration ·       Strong technical skills on C++ Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment   Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
