We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of  Lead Consultant Specialist   In this role, you will: - Portfolio operations automation lead supporting HSBCnet delivery portfolio, covering department level finances, people, and vendor management. - Global Stakeholder Management - Global Digital Governance and Ways of Working - Global Team Management & Collaboration To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Hands-on experience in excel and complex reporting is a must (advanced Pivots, Power Queries and VBA a minimum requirement) - Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development life cycle (SDLC) -  Advanced experience on MS Office tools MS Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel - Advanced experience on data handling/visualisation tools and technologies (Data Science) - Relevant experience in End-to-End project management and global stakeholder management - In depth knowledge and experience in Programme and Project management process - Excellent communication skills and good presentation skills - Experience in managing senior management and stakeholder communications across different regions and Lines of Business You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC. www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
