Your role As a Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. In the role of a Business Analyst, you will - Collaborate with Product Managers, Key customers, Vendor partners to define and develop product requirements and prioritize in the Product Roadmap - Translate the Product Requirements into functional and non-functional requirements for the Product Delivery Organization - Integrate into the agile development team to drive successful product delivery - Work closely with Product Managers creating, reviewing, refining epics, features, stories and acceptance criteria to create and maintain a product backlog of maximum value that is aligned with product strategy - Play an active role in mitigating risks and issues impacting successful team completion of release and sprint goals - Product documentation across lifecycle stages including development, launch, support, services, and sales and marketing initiatives - Support detailed product demonstrations for external and internal audiences to communicate the benefits of the solution Required- Proven experience in Business Analyst role - Good Experience working in Cable , CPE , Wifi or Networking Domain - Experience with agile software development practices (e.g., scrum, Kanban, Lean Agile) and tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority - Ability to balance conflicting priorities and make critical decisions Preferred- Industry Recognized Certifications: Agile, Business Analyst - Good Experience working in Cable , CPE , Wifi or Networking Domain - Experience in partnering with UX teams to design great solutions Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
