Your role We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong background in the Telecom domain. The successful candidate will play a critical role in defining and executing the strategic technology roadmap for client organization. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts to ensure that IT capabilities aligns with business objectives and drives innovation. The Enterprise Architect will provide architectural guidance and lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and robust solutions. In the role E2E Architect/Enterprise Architectyou will also do technical feasibility and identify smart ways of completing client’s requirement. You will guide the team technically and work closely with offshore team acting as a communication medium between the client and offshore. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute the IT enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap, considering current and future business needs in the Telecom domain. · Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to define technology standards, guidelines, and best practices for application, data, infrastructure, and security architecture. · Conduct assessments of existing IT systems and infrastructure, identifying opportunities for optimization, consolidation, and modernization. · Provide architectural leadership in the design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. · Define and enforce architectural principles, standards, and patterns to promote consistency and reusability across applications and systems. · Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools, and make recommendations for adoption based on industry trends and best practices in the Telecom domain. · Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and oversee solution delivery, reviewing design artifacts and providing technical guidance. · Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance for system integration, data migration, and infrastructure scalability to ensure seamless implementation. · Identify and mitigate architectural risks and dependencies, working closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and drive successful project outcomes. · Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and provide thought leadership on how these can be leveraged to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Requirements · Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on enterprise architecture in the Telecom domain. · Strong understanding of Telecom industry standards, protocols, and technologies, such as Connectivity, Wifi, Media and entertainment, OSS/BSS, IP networking, cloud computing, virtualization, LTE and 5G · Experience with Telecom-specific enterprise applications and platforms, such as CRM, billing, provisioning, and network management systems · Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions using a variety of technologies and platforms. · Deep knowledge of application, data, infrastructure, and security architecture principles and best practices. · Demonstrated experience in defining technology standards, guidelines, and best practices, and driving their adoption across an organization. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex systems, identify areas for improvement, and propose effective solutions. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization. · Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. Preferred · Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture, such as TOGAF or Zachman.. · Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. · Knowledge of emerging technologies in the Telecom domain, such as IoT, network function virtualization (NFV), and software-defined networking (SDN). · Experience in working with geographically distributed teams and managing global IT initiatives. · Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the Telecom industry, such as data privacy and security regulations Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
