Position Summary... What you'll do... Are you looking for a role that challenges you to develop your business overview, financial storytelling and technical skills on latest technologies? Are you looking to help build impact through high-quality financial analytics and modernizing the way our finance organization functions? Reporting to the Director of H&W Finance, the Senior Manager II, FP&A (Health & Wellness Finance and Strategy) will develop data-driven insights (i.e., dashboards, reports, and financial models) used to lead our decisions across our Health & Wellness businesses. You will partner with multiple Finance leaders across the Walmart segment, Merchandise Finance and Operations Finance organizations on strategic performance analysis, forecasting, and annual planning (AOP) and long-range planning (LRP). Your expertise will be important to the success of H&W in Pharmacy, Vision Centers, and Clinical Development. We are looking for financial experience and experience developing data-driven insights (i.e., dashboards, reports, and financial models) used to lead our decisions. How you’ll make an impact: - Promote strategic analytics by breaking down the Health & Wellness business into analytical building blocks and assess our main levers - Support the daily financial oversight of the Walmart Health & Wellness business - Build Annual Operating Plans and Long-Range Plans through analyzing historical and external growth trends to develop a plan that improves company performance and supports our strategy - Improve the strategic and financial forecasting for the entire Health and Wellness organization by overseeing performance by leading bi-weekly / monthly / quarterly forecasting to assess performance tracking against plans - Become a trusted advisor by developing relationships with other teams.
