Live Better,” we work alongside some of the most talented people in the world to engage with the more than 150M households who shop with us each week.  The Omnichannel Commercialization team’s goal is to maximize supplier investments in marketing and advertising by operationalizing all customer touchpoints to form a holistic 1W (One Walmart) omnichannel solution to reach our customers and members across all channels.  This is a unique opportunity to join a high-visibility team with a big impact on our retail business.   We are looking for an analytical, curious, commercial, and strategic leader to help build out the future of supplier marketing across our in-store and at-home customer touchpoints.  This is a new, complex role and success will require defining the right model and then operationalizing it across our internal Walmart ecosystem and with our external agency partners.  Responsibilities include:  - Identifying the needs and strategy, define execution options, select partners, develop business models and negotiate commitments for partnerships to enable in-store and at-home advertising solutions at Walmart.  - Operationalizing omnichannel advertising experiences across the Walmart ecosystem in close coordination with internal and external partners.  This will include the development of tools, playbooks, processes, and structure to allow for smooth integration of individual advertising components into the broader 1W Enterprise plan.  - Managing complex change management around partnerships with shared understanding and new ways of working to ensure the entire Walmart organization is equipped to support Omni-Advertising growth.  - Educating and influencing high levels across the Walmart enterprise.  This could be a great role for you if you….  - Have an agency or shopper marketing background and have extensive experience building omnichannel marketing programs at a large scale.  - Are excited and curious about the opportunity to help build the future of retail.  - Are interested in the how retail, data, and media intersect.  - Are a critical thinker with the ability to distill complicated concepts into actionable strategies.  - Have a high operational IQ with an equally high EQ.  - Understand how to influence and inspire action cross-functionally.  - Possess professional maturity, judgment and have a strong executive presence.  - Are a curious learner that is willing to swim upstream.  - Are aligned to Walmart values: service to customer; respect for individual; strive for excellence; act with integrity and want to join a team-focused culture.  - Are tenacious and willing to take on complex problems.  - Possess solid people skills and ability to build strong working relationships.  A successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:  - Extensive experience with in-store and at-home omnichannel marketing.  - The ability to craft a plan and deliver on it.  - Strong financial acumen.  - Analytical skills / data-driven approach.  - Cross-functional team management and stakeholder management.  - The desire to help build out a team including people development, coaching, and mentoring.  - Business intuition.  Experience required:  - 4+ years of large-scale omnichannel retail marketing experience including the management of in-store and at-home advertising solutions.  Experience in the following areas would be positively viewed:  - CPG Shopper Marketing  - Agency Side Marketing  #WMC Minimum Qualifications...
