Job Description Key Responsibilities - Lead and mentoring of UC and AV team, to provide L1 and L2 support to users for AV in conference room, and UC platform (i.e. MS Teams, Zoom, Kollective). - Lead cross function team in rolling out AV & UC related projects, in coordinating with involved vendors. - Lead cross function team in participating of customer’s major event/meeting taking place over UCaaS platform, from dry-run sessions to the completion of the actual event/meeting.
