We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Software Engineer In this role, you will: - The WPB IT Third Party Management Operations role will work with colleagues across the wider WPB IT team, WPB IT Service Lines Business Managers, WPB IT COO team and Central Shared Service Team to ensure a consistent and effective approach. - Lead Non-One PO Program for WPB IT vendors across India, UK, HK and Switzerland for FP/HWSW/T&M/Other Spend - Responsible to review Contracts, ITCM Details, Buyer/Legal/Procurement’s notes thoroughly & raise purchase requisitions in system with all relevant documents - Explicitly call out with Business Managers, IT Project managers, PO requesters if any issue with details between contracts, ITCM Details, Buyer/Legal/Procurement’s notes - Work as Third-Party Engagement manager for Strategic & Non-Strategic vendors and perform governance, risk analysis, Business Reviews etc. - Highlighting any vendor-related issues or disputes that may arise during the course of the engagement. This may include managing conflicts, resolving disputes under the purview of this role, and escalating matters when necessary - Oversee Vendor Invoices and Billing for WPB IT vendors and make sure billing is progressing with all required due diligence - Establish governance process across WPB IT to make sure AP debt is under control - Work with stakeholders across various departments like HR, Work Force Management, Procurement, Delivery Teams, Accounts Payable, Finance, Tax and legal as required and act as a SPOC for any issue related to PR/PO/Invoicing. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: · Preferably experience in IT function of the organization · Third-party space with People and Hardware/Software experience. Also, knowledge of interface with financial processes – accruals/release of accruals, P&L Impact will be added advantage · Conceptual knowledge of strategic sourcing, MSA and procurement operations · Manage key facts and data related to Non-permanent workforce such as Rate, Vendor Name, Duration · Sharing of Weekly and monthly TPM PR/PO/Invoicing data with Business Managers and query resolution · Relationship management with IT Global and Local Suppliers, to ensure that they adhere to compliance requirements and engagement process · Addressing IT Vendor Management queries & IT Cost Management and controlling experience · Reporting and explaining financials to senior stakeholders You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC. www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
