Job Description In the role of Lead Consultant, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. Required - Min 8+ years of experience working in Testing Projects - Min 2+ years of experience in leading Testing activities - Experience working on project estimations and budgeting - Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment - Strong Communication and Analytical skills - Experience working on Telecom Projects - Strong co-ordination, reporting & analytical skills - Experience with DOCSIS Cable Modem CPE’s & Gateways testing - Experience with Network configurations testing - Software integration and testing experience - Routing and Switching experience - Experience with Wi-Fi, VOIP and Linux CLI Preferred- Strong expertise in Test tools - ALM, JIRA. - Should have Strong leadership skills - Should have knowledge of working in Agile Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
