Develop quantitative research analytics and investment strategy 3. Communicate and co-work with global investment teams 4. Provide service to institutional clients Experience / Skills Qualifications Experience / Skills * A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Financial Engineering or relevant area * At least 4 years of equity quantitative or index fund manager (necessary condition) * At least 6 years of research experience on quantitative investment * Be familiar with various investment instruments and products * Fluent in English with good communicating ability * Excellent knowledge on Excel formula. Basic programming skill such as Excel VBA would be a plus * Certificate for Senior Securities Specialists or Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professionals
