And this is your chance to be part of the success story: we are looking for a Service Line Specialist to join our team.      About Cognizant Intuitive Operations and Automation practice Intuitive Operations and Automation (IOA) business unit is one of Cognizant’s highest growth businesses and a critical part of Cognizant’s Digital imperatives in the market. To accelerate this growth even further, Business Process Services (BPS) is expanding into industries, service lines and markets globally. One of our strategic growth objectives in this market is to create a team of specialists who will work closely with the sales team to help originate, advance and solution sales opportunities. You will be working with IOA sales community (service line specialists and account executives) and the industry community (Client Partners) to drive sales and business development in a high growth and highly autonomous environment. Your key result areas •    Industry expertise - the main responsibility and focus of the role will be to provide deep domain expertise to support client conversations and create appropriate solutions  •    Proposition development – identify gaps in the market and key customer problems to develop propositions leveraging Cognizant’s process and technology expertise •    Solution Development – among the critical tasks will be to lead / support solution development for qualified opportunities. Working with the broader Cognizant IOA and industry teams to create the most appropriate, innovative and commercially competitive solution •    Proposal Development - understand customer needs and help translate them into winning proposals for Cognizant and its customer in partnership with the presales and solution teams •    Market Intelligence - provide customer intelligence associated with significant moves in the industry, customer strengths, weaknesses, tactics •    Support Demand Generation – work with the respective sales team to help them identify prospects and suggest ways of engaging with new clients •    Support Marketing - support the sales team in identifying innovative marketing activities targeted for specific sales opportunities and general local market brand building.   Your qualifications  •    Deep understanding of the insurance domain (Life, P&C) across process, technology, operations, innovation and customer engagement; Able to engage with business and technology teams in the client organization; Demonstrated ability to understand business process challenges in an insurance company and translating the needs in developing compelling technology-based business process solutions •    Experience in developing solutions ground up, in partnership with different stakeholders within an organization •    Experience in innovation / transformation or working with insure-tech •    Understanding of technology solutions is required  •    Hands on participation in solution and content development •    Ability to lead and work in diverse, multi-functional teams •    Significant international experience required working with regional or global insurance firms across Europe •    Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to convey a set of complex and detailed solution elements in a compelling, engaging, and easy to understand manner suitable for business and technology buyers •    Ability to operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial and highly matrixed organization.  What you can expect  • A competitive salary based on your experience • Access to Udemy and Cognizant Academy digital libraries for your continuous learning • NS business card to cover your commute expenses • 25 days of paid holiday per year  • A laptop and a smartphone • A pension scheme • Organization driven by technology – we have a tremendous technology backbone • Open, ‘can do’ team spirit and environment that encourages making your ideas reality!
