Test Manager experience 5+ years - Depth understanding of different processes and best practices of Testing to find proactive solutions for complex situations and execute multiple complex/critical projects. - Knows standard architectural principles, models, patterns and perspectives to provide inputs for architecture specifications and design guidelines. - Basic knowledge of commercial models, proposal submission process, pre sales framework, pricing inputs, convert leads to opportunities and submit quality proposals. - Ability to interact effectively with cross functional teams. - Experience managing testing deliverables: Test Plans, Test Strategies, Coverage and Defect reporting. - Testing types (functional, automation, performance) and Testing tools. High impact English communication. Builds context and common platform and uses appropriate data to support complex ideas to communicate with different stakeholders. In this role, the candidate will be responsible of:- Design and develop Testing strategies under an Infosys agile framework. - Design training strategies as per business needs. - Provide inputs for estimation/cost/effort. Manage inputs for financials budget. - Selection process of external candidates. - Provide inputs for innovation processes and technology needs to contribute with business growth plans. - Allocation of resources in the most efficient way to maximize results for local business.
