We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Product Manager responsible for product marketing and communications for Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF). Principal Responsibilities - Plan and execute a strategic marketing and communications program to support revenue growth and branding for the GTRF business - Develop a deep understanding of the needs and buying behavior of our wholesale banking customers and their perception of HSBC Trade Finance product offerings - Devise and deliver a strong and globally-aligned narrative for HSBC’s Trade Finance branding - Identify, develop and execute marketing strategies, conduct global internal and external campaigns - Develop global collaterals and support Global and Regional product & propositions teams in product commercialisation - Drive news generation and amplification of business highlights, capabilities, new products and thought leadership - Support, coach and advise business leaders to deliver consistent and high quality communications for the GTRF line of products - This role will work with Commercial Banking Marketing as well as Communications teams globally Qualifications - Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts and using traditional and trending marketing channels creatively - Ability to write effectively for multiple channels, media, social media as well as internal and external audiences - University degree - 8 years of relevant experience in transaction banking and commercial banking and at least 5 years of experience in Marketing and Communications - Knowledge of trade finance and digitalisation trends - Ability to work under time pressure - Experience in working with in-house marketing teams and external agencies will be an advantage To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Singapore are required.
