Job Description Role – Senior Consultant Technology – Murex Back Office BA Location – Netherlands Business Unit – FSDCG Compensation – Competitive (including bonus) Job Description Today, the corporate landscape is dynamic and the world ahead is full of possibilities! Your role • Working closely with the Back Office and other business stakeholders and existing system IT representatives, gathering their input and requirements • Construct user stories (requirements) as the basis for development and testing, including acceptance criteria • Liaise with the vendor (Murex) to ensure compatibility of integration designs with internal system configuration • Investigate, and propose solutions, on functional and technical issues raised by stakeholders and the stream’s IT developers • Understanding requirements and translating into Murex MX.3 technical solutions • Designing solutions in line with all relevant technical standards and with an emphasis on long-term supportability • Involvement in software development around Murex MX.3 and other associated interfaces • Unit testing and preparation of software releases for deployment into production • Working closely with Business Analysts, Architects and existing system IT representatives, gathering their input and collaborating to reach optimum results • Working closely with Test Analysts to construct relevant tests per functional requirement • Liaising with the vendor (Murex) to ensure compatibility of integration designs with internal system configuration • Working according to the agile framework in place for the project team Required • Strong understanding of Murex MXML workflows and Integration • Strong domain understanding of payments and confirmation processing in Murex • Good understanding of counterparty SI and static data • Experience in analyzing, developing, deploying and supporting back office processes implementation • Experience of working with business users to analyse and translate business requirements into functional designs/requirements • Hands on experience in XSLT, SQL and basic Unix shell scripting Nice to have: • Experience with automation testing and tools • Basic understanding of Murex technical setup Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
