We’re currently looking for a Senior Manager II, Operations – Reverse Logistics Returns & Data Analytics to grow our team! You’ll make an impact by… - Focusing on the circular economy and the three R’s (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle): you’ll manage, strategize and work to reduce return rates through data analytics, maximize cost recovery and liquidation values as you determine reusability in our products and make an impact as an environmental steward for end-of-life products by determining best ways for recycling, donating or re-introducing components back into the product lifecycle - Directing the execution of large-scale, complex projects, work streams, and programs: you’ll manage and modify associated project plans that generate revenue, offset operational expenses and mitigate loss, create and manage task timelines, format and maintain project data, allocate or influence budget spending by researching and integrating information and data and facilitate communication materials to ensure successful rollouts and implementations - Identifying performance standards and measuring progress: you’ll evaluate projects and adjust performance, develop solutions and contingency plans for escalated issues and work streams and develop and implement scorecards and other tracking mechanisms - Providing decision support through data: you’ll source, organize, analyze and interpret data and information, influence and provide insight on current and future business trends, conduct analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate trends, translate data analysis into recommendations aligned with business objectives and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop processes and strategies that help meet business needs - Managing the implementation of business solutions: you’ll build relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, develop new innovations and tools for site selection and continuously improve selection methodology, leverage best practices from cross-functional partners to streamline and improve processes, analyze and interpret information for initiative work streams to improve business efficiency, develop creative solutions to reduce costs and meet business goals and use your knowledge and experience of the business to serve as the SME that determines what activities must be done You’ll sweep us off our feet if… - You have a proficiency in SQL and experience in statistical programming languages - You’re experienced with Python - You have a strong understanding of data analytics and how to leverage it to drive change - You have knowledge of supply chain operations and an understanding of returns and a circular economy The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.  It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job.
