Short Description: If your passion is to build solutions that really make a difference to enterprises, the community and your world, Infosys is the right place for you.  Roles and Responsibilities: Sr. IT Business Analyst • Facilitate requirement elicitation workshops to understand business problems and translate it into functional requirements • Create user stories, estimate and elaborate user stories using Agile methodologies • Collaboratively work with designers and developers to identify any risks and enhance the requirements • Articulating and clearly communicating complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and impactful manner. • Business analysis experience with data driven systems/architecture • Someone with exposure to web-based application development. • Update documents to maintain knowledge base of IT and business processes • Conduct data analysis to identify and suggest improvements to the business processes • Facilitating and participating in design discussions, stand-ups, agile retrospectives and team meetings                Essential: - Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.  Preferred: - Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science Additional Skills: - Any prior experience with programming will be favorable looked upon. - Experience with Agile methodologies e.g. SAFe - Telecom  domain knowledge - Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
