Responsibilities - Proactively support service management process and systems - Ensure excellent data integrity and automation for decision support, and process/technical automation - Work with team leads, IT staff and partners to proactively deliver and support Service Management Office and client’s IT objectives Required Skills - 10+ years relevant experience on the role - Proven experience on Alemba Service Manager integration and administration - Experience in incident management, change management, problem management, knowledge management, request management, monitoring and events, optimisation, governance, improvement planning and continual improvement - Experience on ITIL/Lean - Excellent stakeholder management skill - Very good communication skills Next steps If you feel this opportunity suits you, or Cognizant is the type of organization you would like to join, we want to have a conversation with you!
