Your role In the role of a technical SAP Senior Consultant, you will guide our customers in standardizing and refining their technical SAP support and IT service management processes. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Solid SAP basis experience on the application side and ideally also on data center side SAP Hana experience Capable and willing to work on conceptual level with minimal SAP hands-on work Experienced in technical application management topics and processes Familiar with ITIL service management processes TasksCreate an operation manual to define how to handle technical topics not covered by data center support teams, e.g. application monitoring, job handling, release management Coach technical support teams in executing related tasks Support optimizing operational processes Define IT service management processes Coach customer team in managing IT services partnres Personal Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms of personality profile.
