Job Description Responsibilities and Qualifications Selected Responsibilities i. Observes team's work and continuously searches for improvement areas to help team achieve higher level of efficiency ii. Supports employees in implementing Agile ways of working iii. Guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization for the purpose of increasing effectiveness, quality, and customer delight iv. Effectively influence Product Manager /Product Owner and Agile team to drive product roadmap forward v. Proactively identifies impediments, looks for pragmatic and constructive solutions and escalates when necessary vi. Uses creative techniques for leading the team to solve problems vii. Effectively shares knowledge of Agile ways of working viii. Builds relationships taking into account stakeholder needs and business goals ix. Communicates in a manner that is understandable to recipients both inside and outside of the team x. Can successfully influence the behavior of others without having a formal supervision xi. Champions quality practices and DevOps xii. Coordinates with other teams and enables cross-team collaboration xiii. Lead/Manage one Agile team Qualifications i. BA/BS or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience ii. Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SAFe 4.0 at a minimum ideally 5.0 or newer) iii. 3 or more years' experience working with Agile teams and understanding Agile values, principles, and practices or other similar experience iv. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and manufacturing of technological processes v. Ability to search for new solutions to meet challenges together with the team vi. Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum vii. Demonstrated experience in servant leadership viii. Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not ix. Experience with successful Agile techniques x. Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills xi. Ability to adapt to a changing environment xii. Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction xiii. Ability to utilize team-level metrics for the purpose of leading meaningful retrospection and facilitating team improvement xiv. Knowledge of Agile work management tools Should have: SAFe scrum master certification and ServiceNow Platform understanding
