Short Description: Infosys is looking for Project Managers in Taiwan Skills /Competencies: Essential: - 10+ years Project Management experience leading large scale IT projects - PMP/Prince2/Agile Certification - Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Engineering/Computer Science) - Strong capability in problem determination and problem solving - Capability of building strong working relationships with internal IT & business managers, and must be a team player - Proficiency in both spoken and written English - Proficiency in both spoken Mandarin and written Traditional Chinese - Experience of managing large scale projects (>$500m) using Waterfall and/or Agile/Scrum methodology - Experience with working in a Consulting firm (good to have) - Track record in efficient management and implementation of large scale, complex projects across multiple teams - Vendor Management experience - Strong understanding of IT project management and status reporting - Effective communicator to different levels of stakeholders - Demonstrate a proactive working attitude to achieve common goals with good influential and negotiation skills Additional Skills:- Excellent customer interfacing skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
