Job Description Title: Practice Engagement Manager - CIS (ServiceNow) Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands Compensation: To be discussed later Purpose of the Role - Lead ServiceNow Presales, Sales, and Business Development for assigned market - Run proactive campaigns (internal & external) for ServiceNow offerings - Generate pipeline and exceed revenue targets for the ServiceNow Practice by managing interactions with Client, Vertical Sales and other stakeholders during the sales cycle - Stakeholder management for large and complex accounts Responsibilities:- ServiceNow Business Development and Pursuit Management for assigned market - Market Development: Competitive analysis and Market research to increase the ServiceNow pipeline for Infosys - Proposal Development: Lead proposal & SOW reviews working closely with SMEs, Internal stakeholders and customers - Lead and own proposal Negotiation & Closure - Campaigns: Lead marketing events (internal & external) to generate new revenue pipeline - Relationship Management with existing client stakeholders and drive upsell opportunities including Financials & Contract Management Competencies:- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification for atleast 2 or more modules - Social Selling & Networking - Product Management and Agile experience Key expectations:- TCV Closed - Net New Revenue generated - Conversion % - Upsell in existing accounts About Us Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting.
