We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Team Lead. In this role you will : - Perform Test Planning based on system design and explicit and implicit business requirements - Analyze & come up with test data requirements and other environment requirements - Understand business functions and define test scenarios (functional & technical) based on discussions and not only be dependent on having exhaustive or formal functional spec documentation - Should be able to drive testing activities across various teams, markets & vendor team - Participate in Sprint planning sessions & be able to provide sequencing for user story development to enable Test progress within the sprint - Perform Defect Triage Help direct and prioritize and as required, Triage within the defect management process - Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases. Also ensuring regression packs are designed appropriately in sync with the releases - Undertake risk assessment on change requirements in collaboration with business & Engineering teams. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Strong experience in, and at least 7+ years of working in QA in web UI testing/e-commerce domain - Functional Knowledge in risk/banking domain, especially decision systems - Strong Experience in writing, executing manual tests - Must have excellent problem solving skills and coordination skills. - Proficient with bug tracking and test management toolsets such as Quality Center, JIRA - Ability to identify risks in the delivery which could potentially impact business/end customers.
