We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.  We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Lead Consultant Specialist.  In this role, you will: - Provide technical leadership to the development team. - Provide Architecture guidance to business SME and Product owners. - Participate in Architecture strategy paper and product evaluation process. - Working with POD leads and development team to review and deploy changes into production (40-50%) - Responsible for application level architecture and design and works with integrating systems and team to define the e2e solution. - Conduct POC and technical spike for complex solution. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Mandatory expertise in ORMB product - Must have provided ORMB product leadership in recent past - Experience related to UNIX/LINUX server set up - Experience of SQL, cSuite, data replication using Data guard/golden gate. - Experience of working closely with business and technology stakeholders and end-users to build a holistic view of the problem statements, and mitigating options towards resolution - Experience in ensuring technical quality and adherence of solution designs to the organisation’s Digital Blueprint, Enterprise Architecture, and Product Roadmaps. - Use architecture design and modelling techniques, patterns, tools, and standards for design delivery - Good knowledge of Continuous integration/CICD pipelines/DevOps Engineering and guidance for automated test case execution. The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements: - Experience in developing reusable APIs, consuming web services (REST) and processing data (XML/JSON). - Ability to design the Architecture/Design/Code; suggests solutions and improvements. - Experience in all phases in the Development Life Cycle - Familiarity with infrastructure and challenges faced with network, storage, DR and load balancing.
