IT Operations manages the IT infrastructure and supporting services that are critical for HSBC employees and customers, such as cost-efficient hardware, system software, middleware and databases, data centres, voice and data networks, ATMs, desktops and other devices. The area comprises five functions: Client Services, Enterprise Services and Architecture, Data Centre and Service Management, Relationship Management, Project Management and Risk and Administration. Collectively, these areas define and deliver HSBC’s technology strategy to support the Group’s goals. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an IT Customer Experience Specialist. Principal Responsibilities This role is responsible to lead some or all the following Product Management and User Experience deliverables: - Business Engagement with various businesses and markets to introduce product offerings and updates - Event Creation, Management - Colleagues Connection and Marketing for C&C Products and Services - User Experience Insights - Customer Journey Tracking and Reporting - Technology Surveys - IT Express Centre Improvements - End User Training – Best Practices & Tips and Tricks - Product Improvements – End to End - Change Management and the impact on end-users - Commercial mindset, preferably with external industry experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, to drive desired results - Ability to quickly build and maintain relationships with key Stakeholders and instill confidence at the most senior levels - Sound understanding of all product areas, with ability to convey complex technical concepts to Stakeholder in business terms - Sound judgment to identify and resolve problems to the benefit of the organization - Ability to motivate and lead people, employing appropriate management styles - Excellent customer service - Proven ability to prioritize competing demands Experience - 2-3 years' experience in a related role You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC. http://www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
