We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will: - Be in a "hands-on" role where you'll be expected to cut code and lead technically by example. - Collaborate with other technical leads to evolve the architecture of the system. - Own software service aspects end to end from build, release to production stability. - Be ensuring that quality (code / performance) and discipline (TDD, BDD, unit, JIRA usage etc) are always maintained. -  Explore and identify opportunities for automation and drive those initiatives through appropriate tooling in areas of development testing and infrastructure. - Be working in Agile and Devops environment To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Strong hands-on experience in Java technologies with Java8 or higher version. - Hands on with technical design employing best principles and patterns as applicable such as microservice, event driven, enterprise integration or similar. - Experience with UI – Angular version2 or above OR - DevOps – Groovy scripting, Ansible scripting, Jenkins pipeline setup OR - Quality and performance test automation – BDD Frameworks such as cucumber. UI end to end test frameworks such as Protractor. Gatling or similar framework for API performance test automation. - Some experience with NoSQL, Elastic, Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes is good to have.
