Cognizant seeks to bring onboard a Senior Engagement Management and transformation lead who can drive Cognizant’s offering with new and existing finance clients. Key Responsibilities - Own the account management responsibilities for a portfolio of North American accounts in the RHCG vertical - Currently $20MM expected to grow to $30MM in 18-24 months Responsibilities (KRAs) include the following: Account Development - Grow the account – expanding scope of work, adding new service lines - Forecast revenue growth and margins for a rolling 3 year period - Make the account referenceable – at least 2 opportunities per client per year - Be a key member of the Cognizant team right from deal pursuit stage, help craft appropriate solution for the client, define and manage client expectations - Support Client partners on discussions on commercial aspects i.e., CRs for cost overruns due to client issues, scope creep etc Partnership with Delivery - Be the first port of call for client with respect to Delivery - Work closely with Delivery to ensure service quality is in line with contractual commitment - Facilitate resolution of inhibitors to delivery performance on the client side – solve client side issues, streamline processes to strengthen capability - Lead governance with key client stakeholders – elevate discussions to Controller/CFO levels - Be the voice of the customer in Cognizant – ensure support functions work together in delivering legitimate client needs - Be jointly responsible for achieving the margin goals – driving efficiencies, setting client expectations on staffing, performance levels etc Driving Transformation - Driving transformation initiatives (jointly with Offshore Delivery) with PEx, Automation, Vertical to meet contract commitments - Drive Change, Work with client organization - Finance, IT, Procurement etc to enable execution of transformation initiatives Preferred Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience - MBA in Finance/CA/CMA - 20 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, of which at least 15 years should be in delivering F&A processes - At least 4-5 years of experience in customer facing roles - Exposure to multi-cultural environments, particularly North America - Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen - Ability to work out a win-win, mutually beneficial solutions - Strong inter-personal skills, confidence – to interact with senior client stakeholders - Knowledge of Cognizant CDO/Digital Finance capabilities in areas of Digital Transformation, Platforms - Experience in Process Excellence / Transformation role Other Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree is required Global Business Services – Client-facing GBS project experience is helpful.Expereince working in North America is helpful.
