Job Description Infosys is seeking a CCM and PMO Support Skill. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Toronto, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 2 years of Information Technology experience. Canadian citizens and those authorized to work in the Canada are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time. Preferred Qualification :CCM to check Sales and quotes and ISE are updated/created. Work on CCM tasks in Swift or Pipeline. Work with OE to get order over to Provisioning. During Provisioning and Implementation Work with provisioning teams including but not limited to Design, Offnet, IP Build and testing. Get orders rolling through factory and give regular updates to customers on status on orders. Schedule weekly calls with customers and provide weekly decks to them. Co-ordinate with customers and end users on site requirements and site access for circuit installation and testing. Work with customer and activations team to schedule activation. Ensure customer is good with the services and they are running as accepted. Close the order for billing. Miscellaneous Activities. Send welcome letter to customer and explain process in brief.
