We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.  We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Consultant Specialist.  In this role, you will:  You will be working as a Senior Business Analyst, will be responsible to take up following key responsibilities: - Responsible to understand the business needs by interacting with the business stakeholders - Responsible to identify appropriate functional solutions based on the identified needs - Responsible for working together with the Product Owner, create user stories based on the agreed functional solution - Responsible to help the development team in executing the solutions. Defining best practice standards and formats of analysis artefacts for use across the team - Responsible to assist in System Integration Testing and manage User Acceptance Testing - Responsible to work with source data providers to ensure coverage and accuracy of input data - Detailed analysis and modelling of current processes, data flows and manage business queries and issues - Creating EPIC/User stories on JIRA and tracking them to closure. And well versed with confluence. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:   - Having 6-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI Domain and must have worked on projects in Payments/Cash Management Domain. - Must be well conversant with ISO20022 Message standards. - Having experience working as a BA in Agile Scrum Project. - Experience in interfacing with Business and tech teams, facilitate requirement sessions and manage requirements for moderately complex projects. - Having experience in perform gap analysis between the current process and desired state, manage scope changes and assess the impact of the change. - Excellent Communication and Presentation skills  The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements: - Good to have experience working on Pega products such as SI - Good to have worked for project running in cloud environment.
