Short Description: As a Senior Consultant, you will be expected to design, implement, and support Cloud Infrastructure. The role is based out of Sydney, Australia. Roles and Responsibilities: - Contribute to the architecture, design and implementation of Client’s Infrastructure, compute, storage, virtualization, Directory services and cloud services - Provide Technical advice or technical leadership where required to support various IT Infrastructure projects - Design Infrastructure solutions for High availability, resiliency, integrity, and security - Perform project delivery functions ensuring successful implementations of new systems, platform and upgrades - Review existing systems and platforms to recommend changes and improvements - Quality assurance and documentation of the infrastructure architecture - Act as L3 support escalation where required - Other duties as reasonably required Skills /Competencies:- Experience in DevOps and Release management - Should be able to execute a project in terms of design, Devops and automation for Public Cloud environment - Hands-on Experience working with Infrastructure as Code – Azure CloudFormation and Terraform - Understanding of logging, monitoring and security - Develop and document technical designs for integration and implementation of new cloud applications and systems - Lead the development of technical artifacts including Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM), Detailed Technical Design, Security Architecture Plan, Services Description Document, etc - Plan and develop support processes that adhere to best practices (ITIL) - Communicate effectively through strong written and oral communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences - Integrate with non-cloud technologies and third-party vendor products/services - Assess emerging technologies, stay abreast of industry trends, and give advice on investments prices versus performance - Experience with highly available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments - Identifying and maintaining strong working relationships with all strategic programs and partners Additional skills: - Should have worked in Large Projects - Excellent customer interfacing skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
