Location: Auckland
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Participate in Discovery workshops with Customer and provide them technical feasibility and thought leadership on different requirements
- Create Solution Design for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project requirements.
- Deliver high quality code deliverables for a module including configurations and customizations, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty
- Create plugins, workflows and work with Azure Services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault etc
- Lead the activities for development of Dynamics 365 CRM instances
- Work with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules
- Create Data Migration Plan and lead the data migration activities from legacy applications to Dynamics 365 CRM using the required tools.
- Skills /Competencies:
- Essential:
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Have at least three end-to-end lifecycles exposure for Dynamics 365 CRM projects
- Working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

In the role of Senior Consultant, you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statement, review/analyze requirements specifications from the business needs, support creation of to-be flows, fit gap analysis documentation, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and testing. 
For high complexity projects, you will perform configuration, build application/process solution, implement deployment plan and resolve data migration issues and cut-over user issues. 
You will support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing high-quality and value adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:
4 years bachelor's degree or MBA or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or at least 2 implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
- At least 7-8 years of experience in business analysis or functional consulting in Supply Chain Processes including Warehouse and Transportation
Experience in the following modules. Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Product Information Management, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management & MRP.
Strong proficiency across areas of industry knowledge and best practices.
Ability to understand and use advance analysis methods to identify and resolve complex client scenarios
High impact Communication skills

Planning and Co-ordination skills

Preferred:Knowledge of Proposal building methods
Microsoft Dynamics FO/AX certifications preferred

Short Description: As part of our ANZ Delivery group, you will play a key role in building relationships, provide operational assistance for telecommunication sector accounts based in Auckland including growing existing contracts and client relationships’ also get to work on a variety of critical client engagements with some of Infosys largest and most successful clients in New Zealand.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have minimum 10+ years’ hands on experience, involved in Contact Centre project delivery working in complex environments across different IT verticals with tight timelines.
- Assess and evaluate the criticality of the issue, including the business impact, ensuring handling as a critical escalation is warranted.

- Leading and managing executive engagement with customers and partners while working on critical/high priority issues

- Monitor, report, and provide status updates on critical escalations to internal and external stakeholders.

- Follow incident response plans and procedures to ensure that incidents are handled in a consistent and effective manner.

- Monitor and report on incident resolution progress and ensure, that service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

- Monitor and manage communications (sometimes public, sensitive, and large scale) during incidents.

- Periodically provide after-hours support during planned application maintenance and ad hoc incidents.

- Communicating and facilitating meetings with internal and external stakeholders 

- Thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry standard practices to devise process improvements and new ways to deliver better experiences.

- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and working with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

- Proactively engaging Customer Success Managers and /or Technical Account Managers on escalated accounts to further advise customers/partners on actions that can be taken to mitigate issues in the future.

- Provide and deliver educational information on processes, practices, and methodologies for internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are successfully followed.

Skill/Competency Requirements:
- At-least 6+ years of experience in telecommunication domain

- In-depth knowledge in Contact Centre applications (Cloud and On-Premises).

- Strong customer and partner focus, ability to engage at senior management and C-level executives.

- Proven experience managing escalations within an Operation Support environment.

- Ability to manage, plan, coordinate, and prioritize multiple issues at any one time from initial escalation through resolution.

- Able to influence and drive the required assistance cross-functionally to manage resolution in an effective and timely manner.

- Relevant experience managing customer-facing technical teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; must be knowledgeable about operation support best practices.

- Highly motivated with a strong commitment to ongoing best-in-class performance

- Prior experience in mentoring junior team members and lead the engagement on behalf of parent organization.

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; presentation skills, and ability to effectively communicate complex situations at all levels inside and outside the organization.

Essential – 
- Genesys Engage 7.x, 8.x Application Troubleshooting (SIP, Routing(ORS,URS etc.) , Reporting , WFM).

- Hands-on experience in CCPulse++ and Genesys-Pulse Reports

- Genesys Pure Cloud administration and troubleshooting

- AWS Connect troubleshooting and contact-flow knowledge

- ASPECT/VOXEO IVR Working knowledge.

- Verint Administration and troubleshooting.

Preferred –
- Basic SQL knowledge.

- Knowledge of tools like Confluence, iRemedy.


Additional skills:
- Strong attention to detail, outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Hands-on experience on the product for configurations and customizations
