Short Description – Looking for Solution Architect having experience in D365 CRM in Auckland.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Contribute to identify best-fit architectural solutions for Dynamics CE modules; develop design of application, provide regular support/guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution and execution. 
Work with a culturally diverse group, adopt different styles.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to a range of stakeholders.
Experience in managing technical roadmaps that have incorporated a range of business applications, including exposure to ERP and CRM solutions.
Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization Tool or SDK
Design and Develop End to End architecture for Dynamics 365 and Integration Architecture for to a mix of online and on-premise Dynamics 365 systems
Establish and evolve architectural standards, reference models, guidelines and principles.
Skills /Competencies:
Essential:
Must have worked in Dynamics 365 CE modules – Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service and Project Service Automation
Must have knowledge on CDS / CDM and MDM
Strong knowledge of CRM development/customization including workflows, plugins, integrations with other systems through various technologies like Azure integration services (Azure functions, LogicApps, Azure Service Bus) 
Excellent background on Dynamics 365 with multiple projects, especially in a complex multiple system landscape
Excellent understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and its interaction with other interfaced systems in a typical enterprise environment
Experience in architecting cloud and on-premise solutions including identity, API management, integration, data migration.
Additional Skills:
Microsoft Fasttrack recognized Solution Architect
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
Hands on experience on the product for configurations and customizations

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work in client-facing roles to contribute towards the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex and large-scale technology solutions.
- Hands-on Lead providing technology guidance to the implementation team throughout the life cycle of a project. 
- Hands-on solution and application interface design using cutting edge web and digital Technologies.
- Defines solution architecture  based on the requirements (Both Functional and Non Functional)
- Develops designs to support the functionality and documented protocols as specified in the solution architecture and developer stories.
- Lead and manage resources at on-shore, off-shore from technology perspective; able to work with architects, designers & developers
- Ability to work independently with minimal assistance
Skills /Competencies:
Essential:
Experience in AWS (ECS, RDS, Lambda) is a must, Candidate should have expertise in:- - - AWS Event bridge
- AWS SQS 
- AWS Lambdas
- AWS Step functions
- Interfacing REST APIs



- Experience in .NET framework development.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as GIT, TFS, SVN.
- Familiar with Unit Testing, TDD and BDD frameworks 
Preferred:
Experience developing new UI components using React and Redux framework  
Experience in Salesforce is a Plus.
