The Technical Product Management job is accountable for enabling the technical development and run-time operation of products and services within a Product Group or a set of development teams.x

Principal Accountabilities

- Work with Product Owners and DevOps teams, and responsible for the delivery, on-going success & continuous improvement of a discrete set of products or business services, or shared products/platforms/environments that are used/consumed by other DevOps Teams.
- Accountable with the Head of Architecture <Product> / Product lead to review requirements from a testability perspective and formulate the non-functional testing strategy.
- Accountable together with Security Specialists or Product owner to formulate the security testing strategy.
- Accountable for ensuring compliance of the products and services with mandatory and regulatory requirements, control objectives in the risk and control framework and technical currency (in line with published standards and guidelines) and, with the architecture function, implementation of the business imperatives.
- Accountable for ensuring that all activities performed by teams adhere to the relevant prevailing data standards and data controls.
- Work with the product owner to ensure that work is de-constructed and translated into development activities across teams.
- Accountable for the creation and management of epics, backlog management and prioritisation across teams and for conformance to the IT operating model with regards to agile and Technology Practices.
- Accountable for ensuring that all activities performed by Teams adhere to the relevant Service Management Standards, and high data quality exists in Service Management systems of record.
- Work with product owner & team to ensure that the lead time to deploy changes is continuously improving and benchmarks appropriately across other functions within the DevOps team.
- Work with product owner & team to ensure that high levels of automation are implemented and maintained across the teams.
- Work with product owner & team to ensure that service levels are maintained and improved.

Requirements:

·         Strong knowledge about the function and Senior technical skills   

·         A wide knowledge of IT Development life cycle. 

·         Framework practices and way of working such as Agile Methodology, SAFe, SCRUM. 

·         DEVOPS, Automation processes and tools 

·         Risk Management framework 

·         SW Architecture and Design 

·          IT infrastructure, platform and DB management 

·         Work with the product owner and team  

·         Participate as part of the DevOps leadership team 

·         Customer/stakeholder focus. Ability to build strong relationships with Internal/External Key stakeholders, cross functional IT and global/local IT teams 

·         Good awareness of risk and compliance 

·         Good communication in English language and team work skills to collaborate along with global colleagues 

·         Ability to work proactively and under pressure  

·         Operational effectiveness - delivers solutions that align to approved design patterns and security, risk and regulatory standards 

·         Good understanding on IT Infrastructure technical platforms / technologies 

·         A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Change Manager

 


Principal responsibilities  

- Monitor and hold IT Service Management regional operations to account for adherence to Policies, Operating Instructions, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead the Change Enablement activities within a structured process framework.
- Contribute to the evaluation of change impact and organizational readiness to limit risk and impact.
- Facilitate Change Advisory Boards and maintain a forward schedule of change activities for effective prioritization, concentration, and conflict management.
- Evaluate Change Requests against available resources, impact of change, organizational readiness, and appetite for the risk represented.
- Validating that appropriate tests and evaluation have been performed before higher-risk changes are permitted to proceed.
- Ensuring sufficient and relevant documentation of change related processes and activities.
- Evaluating the efficacy of emergency change implementation, validation, and backout processes.
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve ways of working and operational efficiency as needed.
- Evaluating the risk of change and providing actionable guidance for reducing or mitigating risk and impact.

- Evaluating and identifying patterns in change implementation, verification, and back-out to inform improvement of change success and delivery reliability.
- Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.

Requeriments

- Strong proficiency with writing and speaking in English
- Over 5 years’ experience in a mid-senior IT Service Management role with solid foundation and knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a Global Financial Services, Change Enablement team.
- Knowledge of, training-in and awareness of ITIL processes and IT Service Management practices. 
- Working knowledge of use and administration of Service Management toolsets such as ServiceNow
- Experience with use of reporting platforms such as Cognos and QlikView and QlikSense
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver Management Information (MI) reports that provide meaningful insight to stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using analytical skills and abilities to visualize clear messages using data from reporting tools
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior-level executives. 
- Experiences working with a global team across time-zones, cultures and geographies
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Business Intelligence, Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Macros, and C# are required.
- An inquisitive, proactive and detective mind-set with sound analytical judgment used to identify and resolve problems, draw conclusions, make recommendations and make decisions
